Delete your Vezvezak account
The Vezvezak app · made by Vezvezak LLC, San Jose, CA 95118, United States
You can delete your Vezvezak account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways.
In the app
- Open Vezvezak and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy & safety.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This needs a connection. The deletion takes effect as soon as our servers confirm it; if they cannot, nothing is removed and the app tells you, so you can try again.
Without the app
Email privacy@vezvezak.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you, and once you confirm, we delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address, and password hash
- Your business listing and every product you listed, if you are a merchant
- Anything you submitted for verification, and any feedback you sent
- Your referral code and the invitations you sent
- Your subscription tier, its expiry and purchase record, the promotional codes you redeemed, your search counts, the record of which searches counted, the record of the assistant questions you asked, and Apple’s notices about your subscription
- Rate-limiting records filed under a hash of your email address or account
If you delete your account in the app, everything Vezvezak stored on that phone is cleared too.
What is kept, and for how long
These are kept because none of them is connected to your account:
- If someone invited you, the record of that invitation, which identifies a phone by a one-way hash — until the person who invited you deletes their account.
- Anonymous usage statistics, which never contained any identifier — kept as a long-run measure of the app’s quality.
- Rate-limiting records filed under a hashed IP address, kept to slow down abuse — deleted within about a day.
- The model’s answers to searches, stored with no link to anyone — deleted within 30 days.
- A notice Apple sends after your account is gone, for example when a subscription comes to its end — deleted after 30 days.
One more thing is kept, and it is tied to your account: the record that you agreed to the privacy policy and the Terms — which versions, when, and from which version of the app. It is kept for 3 years from the day you agreed, then deleted, so that we can show what was agreed.
Our infrastructure provider keeps automatic backups, so copies may remain in their recovery system for up to 30 days after deletion before they are gone for good.
If you bought a subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it with Apple. Cancel it in your Apple account settings.
The full details are in our privacy policy, sections 10 to 12.
