Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. To change or cancel one, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are decided by Apple. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app, or by email. What is deleted, and what is kept and for how long, is in sections 11 and 12 of our privacy policy.
